This was the very first for Nate’s Raw Harvest! I made this spiced mix along with the Original Blend as my snack when I was a personal trainer. I shared them with my clients and told them about the benefits of soaking, sprouting, and the use of spices for health benefits. Cinnamon and Cayenne are both metabolic boosters (thermogenic). Cinnamon can help offset blood-sugar fluctuations and cayenne may decrease the risk of digestive cancers. They are also heat activated spices meaning their flavor really comes out when they are warmed up! Try them in plain yogurt, oatmeal, shakes and smoothies, or just right out of the bag.
