Refunds and Returns

Hi, this is Nate!  Satisfaction with your order is very important to me. I take pride in the quality of my handmade products and want you to experience that quality as well.  Please understand that I source the best certified organic/certified gluten-free products/ingredients and depend on the farmers that supply them.  As a result, crops can vary each year or season, giving different variations in look and taste in my products throughout the year.

Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final and no returns or refunds are allowed, however, any products that are missing from a delivered package or physically damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or credit as long as notification and pictures of the damaged products and box are given within 3 days of completed shipment. 

Notification must be sent to nate@natesrawharvest.com no later than 3 days upon receipt of your order.

Claims for damaged items: Damaged items and packaging must be physically kept and pictures submitted to nate@natesrawharest.com. For UPS Guidelines for required pictures please visit: UPS Photo Guidelines

Not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages that are listed as "delivered" by FedEx or USPS.

A 15% restocking fee will be issued for any order cancelled before shipment.
