Hi, this is Nate!  Satisfaction with your order is very important to me. I take pride in the quality of my handmade products and want you to experience that quality as well.  Please understand that I source the best certified organic products/ingredients and depend on the farmers that supply them.  As a result, crops can vary each year or season, giving different variations in look and taste throughout the year.

Any products that are missing from a delivered package or physically damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or credit as long as notification and picture of damaged package and product are given within 3 days of completed shipment. Notification must be sent to nate@natesrawharvest.com no later than 3 days upon receipt of your order.

Not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages that are listed as "delivered" by UPS or USPS.

15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders.

All orders are insured up to $100. Additional insurance is available upon request.
