Hi, this is Nate! Satisfaction with your order is very important to me. I take pride in the quality of my handmade products and want you to experience that quality as well. Please understand that I source the best certified organic products/ingredients and depend on the farmers that supply them. As a result, crops can vary each year or season, giving different variations in look and taste throughout the year.
Any products that are missing from a delivered package or physically damaged during shipping are eligible for a full refund or credit as long as notification and picture of damaged package and product are given within 3 days of completed shipment. Notification must be sent to nate@natesrawharvest.com no later than 3 days upon receipt of your order. Opened products are not eligible for return or refund.
Not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages that are listed as "delivered" by UPS or USPS.
15% restocking fee for all cancelled orders.
All orders are insured up to $100. Additional insurance is available upon request.
