Sprouted Organic Walnut Butter
Hand-made from Nate's Sprouted, Organic Walnuts. For a rich, earthy spread full of good fats and protein try our sprouted, organic walnut butter. Our walnuts are pre-soaked in Celtic salt water for 12 hours to first reduce the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors that can block mineral absorption and cause digestive distress. The walnuts are then dehydrated at 115 degrees Fahrenheit for at least three days to give them a light, crispy texture while preserving all of the activated nutrients and enzymes. Walnuts are contain proteins and omega-3s that are sensitive to light and heat. Refrigeration is recommended for shelf-life up to three months. Use as a substitute for peanut butter and enjoy as a spread on your favorite fruits and vegetables, toast, oatmeal, or smoothie!
