Quick Breakfast Shake!
Why spend money on expensive shakes, when you can make even healthier and tastier ones at home for less?
You can also sneak in your sprouted nuts and seeds for the day!
My Favorite Version
- 1/2 cup organic Bulgarian yogurt by White Mountain
- 4 raw, organic free-range eggs
- 1/2 or 1 whole banana
- 1 tbs organic, cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1/2 tbs organic cinnamon
- 1/2 cup organic frozen berries
- 1 oz Nate's Raw Harvest sprouted organic pumpkin seeds
- 1 oz Nate's Raw Harvest sprouted Mixed Nuts (Original or Cinnamon Cayenne)
Vegan Version
- 1 cup organic, non-sweetened almond milk
- 2 oz non-soy, vegan, organic protein powder OR 2 oz Nate's Raw Harvest organic, sprouted almond butter
- 1 tbs organic, cold-pressed coconut oil
- 1/2 or 1 whole banana
- 1/2 tbs organic cinnamon
- 1/c cup organic frozen berries
- 1 oz Nate's Raw Harvest sprouted organic pumpkin seeds
- 1 oz Nate's Raw Harvest sprouted Mixed Nuts (Original or Cinnamon Cayenne)
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Make It Any Way You Want
Optional Ingredients
- organic ground Flax Seed
- organic hemp seeds or hemp protein powder
- Spirulina
- Chlorella
- cold-pressed Cod Liver Oil or Fish Oil
- pink Himalayan Salt (just a pinch)
- organic, sprouted nut butters
